BULELENG HARBOUR

This tourist spot is in Singaraja which is a city in Buleleng Regency which is located at the northernmost tip of Bali Island. According to Balinese history, Singaraja City was once the capital of Bali and also a shipping center. This is because the Buleleng Port EX is the largest single pier on the island of Bali.

Historically, during its heyday or when it was still functioning, the Buleleng Port EX was used as a place for loading and unloading goods as well as a stopover for foreign cruise ships. This place is also a silent witness to the history of the struggle of the Balinese people while struggling against the fierce Dutch colonialism.
