KEHEN TEMPLE

Kehen Temple is Balinese hindu temple also called as Hyang Api temple (god of fire) which kehen means fire in Balinese language, it has a lot of uniqueness. In addition to strategic location, the entrance of temple does not use Candi Bentar as temple of Kahyangan Jagat in general. The entrance of Kehen temple seems slightly different as follows; using candi kurung. Besides, the existence of Bale Kulkul on the stem of banyan tree also gives another colors for Kehen temple which becomes one of Bangli superior tourism object.
